Louise Yeats has been a residential specialist since 1996 and won many national and regional awards for over 20 years for being the top agent with a well-known brand. She named and introduced the Bali concept with the townhouse development in Pietermaritzburg “Kembali” and sold all 44 units off plan in 2004 plus went onto market and sell many homes in well known developments in Pietermaritzburg. Louise was born in Pietermaritzburg and has lived in Gauteng, Durban and Cape Town and has spent more than 40 years living in Pietermaritzburg. She has one daughter Kelly who has lived in Thailand for the past 15 years with her two young children.
